【製品保証】
製品は購入日から90日の保証が付いております。到着から保証期間内に通常の使用方法にかかわらず破損した場合、交換の対応をさせていただきます。現物を弊社宛にお送りいただき、弊社で確認ができた後、詳細についてご連絡させていただきます。
※製品保証は交換対応のみとなり、返品・返金のご対応は原則受け付けておりません。
※初期不良・保証の対象外の例は、下記をご確認ください。下記例以外でも保証の対象外となる場合がございますので、ご不明点がある場合は、お気軽にご連絡ください。

Wood colour and pattern
Since the products are made of natural wood, each product has a different color and pattern.
Differences in paint
Since the painting is done by hand, there may be slight color differences and uneven paint.
Laser engraving misalignment
The laser cut cross section pattern on some products may be slightly misaligned.
About the amount of adhesive
To ensure safety, we use a generous amount of adhesive to prevent easy peeling, so there may be instances where the adhesive overflows from the product.
Velcro tape peeling off
Regarding the peeling of the Velcro, we have included a spare Velcro with the product, so please use that. For attaching the Velcro, please use commercially available adhesive.
Cleaning with alcohol
Please refrain from cleaning with alcohol as it may cause the paint to peel off.
