About ordering

Can I put a name on the product?

Yes, we offer a free personalization service for personalized products only.

*Please note that there are several differences in the ordering process for personalized products compared to regular orders.
- Personalization can only be set on the product page. It cannot be set on the cart or checkout screens.
- You cannot set personalization for multiple products at once. Please set personalization for each product individually.
- You can purchase personalized products and regular products together.

Do you provide gift wrapping?

- In our shop, the water string of the ceremonial wrapping is composed of 7 strands, with the right side being "red" and the left side being "gold." The central knot is a "bow knot." Customers cannot specify the water string.

- Please specify "inscription," "name," and "inner and outer wrapping" from the product page. For detailed instructions, please refer to "Gift Wrapping."

I haven't received an email about my order

If you do not receive the order confirmation email, please first check your "Spam" folder.
We also ask that you set your email software to allow emails from the domain "@gpwoodwork.jp".

Can I return or exchange products?

- Customer convenience returns and exchanges:

Exchanges for customer convenience will only be accepted if you contact us within 3 days of receipt, and the item is "unopened and unused." Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

- Returns and exchanges for initial defects or incorrect items received:

Can I reserve or reserve products?

How many days will it take to ship the product?

Standard products will be shipped within 1-3 business days of your order.
Personalised products will be shipped within 4 to 5 business days.

Can I specify a delivery date and time?

It is possible to specify only the delivery date. Please select from the delivery date selection form on the

Please combine the items I ordered in multiple orders and ship them together

Each order is processed for delivery individually, so we cannot consolidate multiple orders into one for shipping.

Can I specify a delivery company?

Our store only uses Yamato Transport for shipping.

Can I issue a receipt?

Please request a receipt from each payment service.
For customers who have used "bank transfer" as a payment method directly to our store, we will send a receipt via email upon request, so please contact us.

About the product

How should I store and care for the product?

・If it gets wet:

Wipe with a dry cloth. Wetting with water (especially for a long time) may cause the paint to peel off and mold to form.

・Toy stains:

Wet a soft cloth with water, wring it out tightly, and wipe it down before drying it in the "shade." Please refrain from using commercially available alcohol or disinfectant wipes, as they can cause the paint to peel.

・Please be careful about where you store it:

Store in a dry, well-ventilated place away from high temperatures, humidity and direct sunlight.
When storing with other toys, please be careful not to come into contact with vinyl toys (such as rubber balls and dolls).
If toys are in contact for long periods of time, they may stick together, deteriorate, discolor, or transfer odors.

Storage in a toy box:
When storing in a toy box or similar, please avoid contact with PVC toys (such as balls and dolls). Contact with vinyl items may cause deterioration or discoloration.

Is it safe to lick or put in your mouth?

The paint used in KIITASU toys is made from materials that have passed inspection based on the Food Sanitation Act, making it safe for oral contact.
However, please refrain from exposing it to moisture, such as saliva, as this may cause the paint to peel. Regarding the shape, it has been carefully polished to ensure there are no sharp edges, making it safe to use.
